The Russian attack to a NATO patriot emplacemente near the Ucranian border on 09/27/24 resulted in the expenditure of hundreds of drones Shahed-107, of Iranian origin. This, combined with an increase in their use by the Russian army, nearly depleted their reserves. Therefore, as in the past, they made an agreement with Iran to obtain new units, and that cargo, along with some other weapons, has come Krasnodar, a city far enough fr om the Ucranian borders, and wh ere it is stored ready to be transported by rail to the Kerch Strait for its introduction into the Crimean Peninsula.
However, its destruction is no trivial matter. It would involve flying over Russian territory, attacking targets on its soil, eliminating anti-aircraft defenses, including long-range capable ones, and sabotaging several nearby bases to prevent the too early appearance of enemy fighters. Most of all, it would imply a formal declaration of war.
The mission's classified as of outmost priority by NATO.

In Operation Nalchik Airstrikes, our forces face a formidable challenge as enemy units advance from the northwest, supported by armored vehicles and airpower. You are a "Battle Angel", a member of Blue's elite Helicopter Combat Rescue Team "Cesar". The battle for control of Mineralnye Vody has turned into a prolonged aerial conflict.

You are tasked with retrieving downed pilots north of 'Cesar Ridge' and return them to a Field Hospital inside the safe zone (marked by red smoke). Expect opposition forces to be around that are searching for pilots, so perhaps bring a friend in a gunship.

Feel Free to change your weapon loadout.  Shoot down any hostile aircraft you can, then come home alive. We know you might face multiple planes of the following types that the IRIAF has at its disposal: F-4C, F14, F-5E, MiG 27, MiG 29, JF-17, Su-27, and Mirage F1BQ. Enemy airframes will be random. The waypoints are your suggested way in and out of Iran, however you can fly another route if you so desire. This route was chosen to avoid some of the more powerful SAM sites and air defenses. Your mission is to clear the Syrian airspace of all threats.  This is a good mission to practice air to air combat i find.  You can choose between the Mirage F1, F-14B, F-15E, F-16C, M-2000, F/A-18, JF-17, AV-8B N/A, or if your truly crazy, F-5E Air-frames for you and your wing provided you own the module.  Enemy air frames will be random.  There is AWACS available on 252.00.  For some Air frames you can choose to have 1 or 3 wing-men as its currently setup, so check how many there are when selecting depending on how much of a challenge you desire. Once your seen on enemy radar in Syrian territory, they will task all enemy airborne planes to intercept you.  Shoot them all down and come home safe. uploaded 1-25-24 v2.3
