A fun set of challenges for WW II aircraft to test your flying skills.

• Version 1.1 - Moved landing zone immediately past the last gate at the airfield, to prevent the "fail" message from appearing after a successful mission.

It is the summer of 1944. Yugoslav Army in the Fatherland - the Chetniks - are saving American pilots downed by the Germans in Serbia. A Mustang pilot has crash-landed into the Chetnik territory. He was rescued during the famous Halyard Mission. His Mustang remained in the Chetnik service. Repaired, and repainted into the Royal Yugoslav Air Force livery, it is flown by a mysterious pilot with a call sign Silent Film, against the German occupiers of Yugoslavia, but also against the Yugoslav partisans and the invading Red Army.

On the left side of the nose, some talented peasant drew a portrait of General Dragoljub Draža Mihailović, using chalk and charcoal. On the right side of the nose, a soldier painted a black Chetnik flag with white skull and bones, and inscription: "With faith in God - freedom or death!" The aircraft is based at the mountain airfield in the village of Pranjani.

Challenge missions to navigate WW II-era aircraft using only visual references and/or dead reckoning.

Version 2 - Corrected several audio file errors and added better large route maps.
Version 3 - Added route maps for random missions; corrected frequencies for German aircraft
Version 4 - Corrected altitude restrictions for missions 9 and 10 to use "meters" instead of "feet"
Version 5 - Added altitude restrictions to random missions that are flown with overcast skies (you must fly within the clouds)

North American P-51K "Nooky Booky IV"

A pretty heavy single player open sandbox training mission on the Normandy 2.0 map. There are no threats.
Modules Required - WW2 Assets (any of the modules you want to train in of course :D )

5 Ranges to choose from, Bing, Frank, Glenn, Andrews and Duke for Ground Attack, Air to Air, Anti Ship, Airbase & Convoy attack.

"Ambient Spawns" - I don't like being the only one taking off so I've added AI that spawn when you do around the airfield.

Airfield populated with Statics and ambient units.

Smoke on targets and Air to Air "drones" available via the Radio menu

There is only one mission file included which contains both hot and cold spawns for all WW2 modules.

The amazing Ashalim Solar power station location with the SINAI Map

AIR WARFARE GROUP - This is our first Air Racing Challenge mission using the Free TF-51D Mustang in DCS.  It takes place on Normandy 2.0 and you'll need to own that map.

Your flight must ensure all V1 Launch Ramps and the V1 Launch Facility Command Center are destroyed. You must also RTB and park in Spot 29 at Manston for a perfect result of 100.

You must have the Channel Map, WWII assets pack, and GER - V1 Rocket Launcher (by Suntsag) mod to be able to play this mission.

Just extract the file and place it into your Saved Games>DCS.openbeta>Liveries>P-51D folder and BINGO!

The images have me dressed as Santa as the pilot. This is NOT the case in the actual .zipfile by the way! It was merely a way of me passing on Yuletide greetings. I wouldn't inflict ME on you as the pilot as it would probably end in tears!!
