1980s scheme for the F/A-18C module like the original F/A-18As were painted. VFA-125 was original training squadron.
This set has two skins with changeable BORT / MODEX numbers. ARGs changed for old helmet and visor.

For those who long for parachute pants and big hair the fans and are long time fans of the Hornet, here are early to mid-1980s paint schemes . Retro to your heart's content with these skins. These differ from my other skins in that they feature regular changeable BORT numbers so you can mix and match in game. 999 possibilities. Collect them all.

Unpack the rar file in your savedgames/DCS.openbeta/liveries/FA-18C_hornet/ folder.
If you already have the skin, the description LUA file is the only thing that changed. You would have to replace the last part, the "custom_args =" part with
