In addition to the constant daytime attacks, nighttime strikes are now being added to destroy as many targets associated with Hamas as possible. The new cockpit textures included with DCS 2.9 for the Spitfire changed the boost gauge from the 24lb type to the 16lb type. The gauge was not recalibrated for this (and our Spitfire's Merlin 66 puts out 18lbs boost at max power anyway), so the gauge is currently incorrect across the entire throttle range. I've taken the scale from the old 24lb gauge and blended it with the new one so that it retains the better fidelity of the new gauge, but with the correct scale of the old one. I've also replaced the scale for the altimeter pressure setting subscale as something similar has occurred.

We have pushed the enemy back about 20KM to allow us to use Bzyb' without getting shelled by artillery. Our next objective is to capture the airport of Gudauta. Once we capture this airport, it will allow us to have a base of operation in the area. The Major went out to recon early this morning right before sunrise. They have a lookout tower that needs to be taken out so they won't have eyes on our convoy. Roughly 8KM NE of Gudauta, four artillery pieces are set to shell any units assaulting Gudauta. The Major said there was a soldier with a MANPADS in the area protecting the artillery unit. Once my objectives have been met, the Major said I should take out as many hostile units as possible to help out the ground forces and then RTB. There is also two Mi-24Ps assaulting Gudauta Airfield to help soften the area.
