Dodge One v3.3 is a daytime close air support mission in the Syrian Theatre for the F/A-18C featuring random tasking and timing. A two ship is ideal (or yoyo ops) but single ship works well. Your block starts at 0400 at Akrotiri (or Incirlik) with a departure scheduled for 0415 so grab a coffee!

The South African Air Force employs the Denel Rooivalk as a native developed attack helicopter platform. Although it has not seen export sale success, it has been deployed by the SAAF in the DRC with the UN forces.

The Rooivalk employs a 3 tone camouflage, which I have  adapted to the Apache, as if it were in SAAF service.

This skin will represent the 'type' after a number of years in service with the South African Air Force.

SITUATION
Air start 18:00 Southern Cyprus. Enemy Armour targets lie at Ercan Airfield SP-2 & Gecitkale Airfield SP-3 & a three unit group is patrolling Nth Gecitkale. There is also a small enemy camp at the sea-side resort City of Kapparis at your SP-4. It's not on your hit list but if you have any ordnance remaining after your mission, it would make for good target practice & some nice bonus points. Based at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, the 16th Tactical Fighter Training Squadron received first production General Dynamics F-16A Fighting Falcon aircraft to be delivered to an operational squadron on 6 January 1979. Many of the early F-16 pilots went through the 16th TFTS as it was the first Replacement Training Unit for the F-16 and acted as a worldwide training unit, training over 240 pilots in the F-16.

I've come up with this little LUA script, to enable a menu option that will tell your current position/parking at airbase , and add a mark label in F10 map.
No more teleportation! you now know where on earh you jumped into your plane!

Just add doscriptfile action in mission editor to include the script.
Demo mission included

Caucasus, Persian Gulf and Marianas. More maps in the future!

The original 90-0776 was built as a F-16C Bl. 40K assigned to various unit across the Airforce.  Represented here is the aircraft with the 74th Fighter Squadron "Flying Tigers" as it appeared in 1995 leaving Pope Air Force base to be reassigned to Cannon AFB and the 524th Fighter Squadron.  Lt Col Rich "Cutty" Ely's name is marked as pilot with C/C  SSgt Rich Amos.  This aircraft was widely regarded as an "excellent" aircraft by pilots and maintainers alike.  It was a "Code 1 flier".  Unfortunately this aircraft was lost during combat operations in Operation Iraqi Freedom on 27 November 2006.

The enemy does not allow himself to organize any counter offensive operations. Instead of it, they are able to create new defensive lines for to halt our offensives. Main secret of their swift re-formation into new defensive lines - is their commanders' awareness of situation. In order to abolish vigilance in their ranks, we have decided to destroy their communication centers, specially when our radio reconnaissance can't listen their transmissions. The first target is Nazran telemast. Our artillery without any succsess has bombarded it. The second target is radio relay station, located east fr om Sredniye Achaluki. We don't know from wh ere they got it. The third  target is command center bunker at Troickaya aerodrome.

Su 30 SEAD unit will attack main air deffence systems detected in area.

Before our future operations we must disable the enemy. Good Luck!
