Install path should be:
X:\Users\YOUR NAME\Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\Cockpit_MiG-21bis\Clear Glass - (English or Russian)
If you don't have those folders, make them.
Choose this livery from the MiG-21 special menu inside DCS.
Passes IC.
To add this glass to a different cockpit skin you have to copy/paste all the text in the Russian description.lua file in between

then add it into the description.lua file in your desired cockpit skin folder at THE END right before the last } so it overwrites anything in the original easy.
Then add or replace the 3 .dds files in the Russian version into the desired cockpit skin folder.
