Two carrier task forces--Bon Homme Richard (CV-31) and Forrestal (CV-59)--are tasked with neutralizing an enemy airfield under construction on ROTA. You're on the Forest Fire's waist cat 3, waiting for the word to launch. Your mission: to find and destroy the SAM site known to be in place west of the field, between it and the mountain.
CV-31's strike group is inbound fr om the northwest. Make your best speed, get in there ahead of the alpha strike and kill SAM before he kills your friends.
This mission is part 2 of two parts--the first part was the same mission, flown fr om USS Bon Homme Richard. Either way, it's up to you to take out that SAM site. Use terrain masking wh ere possible, and see if you can deplete SAM's stocks while you're inbound--the more he fires at you, the fewer missiles he'll have to shoot at your friends.
You have two each Rockeyes and Zuni pods. Go set some missiles (and more importantly, their radars) on fire.
