With this Libre office spreadsheet, you can log, analyze and evaluate your carrier recovery grading and flight hours
You can log your sorties, flight hours, LSO grades, touchdown descent rates and AoAs. I recommend using Tacview,
but not necessary. This spreadsheet is designed for F/A-18C Hornet. You can use it for Tomcat, but note, F-14 has probably different AoA and descent rate optimums. Check images to get into picture.
