Includes the HUD Modes, REF/MODE, AMU, CNBP, Engine, APU, Oil Coolers, Fire Handles, Electrical, Gear, Hydraulic, and Exterior Lighting Panels. The remaining panels will be added soon, including the CoPilot Side Versions. Requires DCS-ExportScripts and a specific file for the C-130J, which is included in my fork here: https://github.com/OctomusPrime/DCS-ExportScripts

- Gen switched now able to be operated with power off.
Note: Now the Gen lights turn on evem with power off. There is no way currently to have both the switches and lights behave correctly. I think this would need a DC Interface update that allows a separate indicator overlaid on top of a switch state.
