SITREP:
It has been brought to our attention, there is a target of opportunity(TOO), in a compound, on an island 3.5nm NW of Al Tabqah. This target needs to be dealt with, as soon as possible, since we have no idea how long they will be at this location.
BRIEF:
You are to depart from Incirlik airbase in Turkey, from runway 05, as a single F-16C. You will proceed to the target area, destroy the compound, and RTB. Your loadout will be 4 MK-84s, as well as 2 AIM-120s, and 2 AIM-9Xs. You will have additional help from two F-16Cs flying SEAD with HARMs, as well as two addition F-16Cs loaded with HARMs and Mavs who will be targeting the SA-2 site.
ENEMY FORCES::
There are several SA-19's and SA-3's, guarding the coast of Syria. Also an older Moskva cruiser, waiting off the coast of Tripoli.
There are additional SA-8's and an SA-2 that are also in the area.
WEATHER: There is a marine layer, over the surrounding area, cutting visibilty down to about 2 miles. However, the weather clears up several miles inland and visibility should be optimal over the target.
