This ship is that of the squadron VMA-321 CO, Lt Col 'Rusty' Jones, who was able to get away with the shark mouth motif, having some pull with himself (so to speak). Also showing the Venom name/nickname and the same Arabic seen on all the squadron's aircraft, which says "Free Kuwait".
