Grease Pencil Mod for the F-4E Phantom II that allows for import and placing/painting an Image onto the GreasePencil Canvas in DCS
Short description is. it allows you to add Images to the Grease Pencil Feature in the F-4E Phantom by HB simulations.
Install location: C:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\F-4E\UI\GreasePencil\
This mod Replaces the index.html in the GreasePencil folder, the App.js file in the js Folder and the Styles.CSS in the CSS folder while adding a new folder for images. the Images folder also Contains a Images.json for listing of the images you can see and use ingame (I tried to make that Dynamic but JavaScript CORS and DCS Wouldn't let me)
Does it break IC? -- No

Does it change some Core files in the F-4E? -- Yes. it changes 3 and adds a new folder and file for listing images you can use.

Does it work with mod-managers? -- I got it working on my end with Open Mod-Manager (haven't tried with OvGme)

Does it break anything? -- Not as far as I've been able to test so far. all the original canvas and brush functions of the GreasePencil are there, I've just added a few more features and tried to make it look like it belongs a little bit.
