This mod provides the following features:
• Label masking by cockpit frame
• Enhancement of cockpit and outside colors
• copy/paste of radio messages and F10 map coordinates to easier JTAC coordinates conversion (see forum link below for more informations)
• scaling of NVG in VR so it is possible to see below them
• Sharpen filter for cockpit and HUD
• FXAA filter (except cockpit)
• Atmosphere haze reduction factor
• Debanding for sea and sky
• Reflection on cockpit glass can be lowered/suppressed (AV8B, UH1-H, Ka50, Mi24, AH64,..)
• Soften of flat shadow edge + flat shadow strengh control (only in stable)
• Performance improvement for bombs explosion and minigun (up to 300%)
• AH64, Mi24, Gazelle, Ka50 Rotor hiding
• AH64: TADS mirror desactivation in IHADSS, IHADSS can be disabled for right eye
• Mi24: map can be lighten
• NS430: the "floating" GPS frame can be hidden and GPS screen is displayed in a fixed position on GUI rectangle, or in moving map of Mi24
• Setup mode with help tex

I was looking for a mod for this as I found myself instinctively avoiding these grooves running down the runway.  And few mods that were made seemed to be outdated.  As always, I made these for myself and perhaps some others might find them useful.

These textures are from Syria runway textures.  I simply resized and changed repeats to match that of Caucasus.  So credit to Ugra for texture source.

INSTALL:  Extract to main DCS install path or use mod manager.  Would likely cause conflict with other terrain mods that modifies runway textures.  Either merge or install this mod last.

FAQ:
--Is it IC Safe?:  No texture mod is IC safe unless the server turns off "Require Pure Texture"
--Is there performance hit?:  No, textures are same size as default.

Darker cockpit glass with yellow tint removed to improve HUD and HMCS visibility.
Fake cockpit reflections are also removed.
If you want the reflections, you need to revise the description.lua file and delete the lines with "glass_Reflect".

This is packaged into cockpit mod so it is IC safe.

This mod is tree textures with actual tree and branch photographs for Caucasus.  Instead of Speed Tree generated ones.

Install:
Extract into main DCS directory. OvGME or other Mod Manager recommended.

If you have Terrain mod such as CGTC, Barthek's, Mustang's, Starway's.... there will be conflict. Just install this mod last and overwrite. This mod will only replace trees and substrate.

Night Vision Goggle (NVD) Shader update to make it behave more like the real thing. You can view the cockpit instruments and panels in your peripheral vision. Should work with TrackIR and VR. I am aware that in VR you see two circles but in Track IR you see one. I'm still working on the convergence for the VR viewpoint and will update when I figure out that code. Simple .lua mod that enables NightVision in the F/A-18C Hornet. Works by using the A-10C's nightvision profile ported to the Hornet, keybinds must be set up under the command "Nightvision On" in the controls menu.

Adds NVG capability to the Mig-21 by editing the .lua. Uses the current A-10C NVG's adopted to work in the Mig-21bis. WARNING replaces your current custom "keyboard keybinds".

This is my second mission but pretty happy with how it turned out so thought i'd share it. Mission is set on Sinai, in the Viper where u are tasked with destroying a Naval convey, currently passing through the Suez Canal. They are suspected arms smugglers, but due to half the worlds seaborn logistics passing through the Canal, you cannot obstruct it, so you must remain on station over the water until authorized. Between you and Wingman you have to Destroy the targets, provide SEAD, and your own cap (wingman). Due to the loadout you only have a belly tank fitted, and so you will be required to tank at least once, but on my playthrough (Trak included), i tanked twice, as you do have to hold at times, and be pretty conservative. I did try set it up so your wingman maintains CAP automatically, but dont think it worked properly, so as lead, dont forget to give him orders (he should be on 243.0, same as tanker), and make sure he tanks with you!! As always feedbacks appreciated!! Good luck!

This is another one I've been using which I haven't shared yet.  Some may find it useful.

By default, on screen text is too large for me in VR.  Often times I have to turn my head to read each line and overlays on my cockpit if the message is long.  This mod reduces the font.  Also  makes comm menu to be smaller.

They look too small in the comparison images but they look right in VR.

ADJUSTMENTS:
Onscreen message font sizes are adjusted by line 148, 255, 340, 462 of gameMessages.dlg.  Default font size is 20.
Comm menu fonts are adjusted by line 49 of CommandMenu.lua


NOTES:
Passes IC
Even with this mod installed, it doesn't change the font size in 2D.  This only affects VR.

Files go into main DCS install path.  Mod Manager recommended.

This is based off of Kegety's mod.  I made sharper NVG version for his mod a while back and this adds vertical position, size, and noise amount adjustment.

ADJUSTMENTS:
All 4 values (Blur amount, Position, Size, and Noise amount) are fully adjustable.  Just search for "Taz" in the two files.

NOTES:
Does not pass IC as of DCS 2.8.5 on 5/18/23
Works in 2D and VR

INSTALL:
Recommend using Mod Manager or extract to DCS main install directory.
