A controls profile for the AH64D using the Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS
Profile for the AH64D PLT and CPG positions. For the CPG you need to create a modifier named EAC_ARM.
All controls are the same between CPG and PLT when in the CPG position and the EAC switch is put to the ARM position. This includes the weapon action switch being on the collective when this modifier is active. Due to this, make sure that when trying to use COOP rockets, that that modifier is not active (EAC switch to OFF).
For the CPG position's controls layout image, the top row for each button is with the modifier OFF, the bottom text for each button is with the modifier ON.
When using the AI Menu, the controls for up/down/left/right are on the DMS.
How to use this:
1. Open Controls
2. Sel ect AH-64D Pilot
3. Click the little arrow next to "Joystick - HOTAS Warthog" and select Load Profile
4. Select the Joystick Profile and load it
5. Do the same for "Throttle - HOTAS Warthog" (3 & 4)
6. Select AH-64D CP/G
7. On the bottom, click Modifiers
8. Under the left list (Modifiers) click ADD
9. Select Device "Throttle HOTAS Warthog"
10. Select JOY_BTN24
11. Enter the name "EAC_ARM", needs to be exact
12. Click OK
13. Load the CPG Profiles for Joystick and Throttle as you did with the pilot profiles (3 & 4).
14. Look for "Request Aircraft Control" (default button C), and change that button to EAC_ARM + C, such that taking control can only be done when you have your pilot controls enabled.
15. Select AH64D George AI Helper fr om the aircraft list
16. Load profiles for Throttle and Stick as before (3 & 4)
