Apache mission for 3 to 6 Players. Support ground forces and locate and destroy the insurgents base of operations.
Good morning gentlemen. Lately local insurgents became very active in this area. There were several suicide bombings and attacks in and around Homs. We suspect an enemy bas nearby from where they are operating from. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to pinpoint its location yet. Since the number of attacks increases, we need to move fast. So instead of searching for the insurgents, we will try to make them come to us. We have intel on several locations in Homs that are being used to either share information between insurgent cells or to push weapons and equipment through. We will use that to raid 3 of these positions in order to force a response by the local insurgent group. We will have to make enough noise to successfully startle the local group and force them into action. For that purpose, a Task force callsign hammer is waiting at the outskirts of Homs. Your task for today is to provide air support for hammer while they are searching the locations. Since we expect a lot of enemy contacts, we established an improvised resupply post for you to rearm and refuel. Its Waypoint 1 in your flight plan. Waypoint 2 is Hammers waiting position. Once you are close you can establish communications and start the mission. Waypoints 3 to 5 are the locations hammer is going to investigate. Waypoint 6 is Homebase. Stay vigilant out there. The insurgent’s equipment might be old, but it still hits hard. Good luck
