Single Player F-16C mission in the South Atlantic Map.
This is the first mission in a mini campaign that I've been working on.
It's a simple campaign and this mission is pretty simple too. There's tiny bit of story,
but really, I was just doing this for something to fly around in the South Atlantic Map.
And it is totally fictional with respect to tactics to coalitions (or lack thereof) and pretty
much everything else for that matter.
There are a total of 5 missions in the mini campaign and I plan to upload one per week. I’m hoping for some feedback (remember, this is not meant to be a “Hard” campaign). And after mission 5 has been up for a week, I’ll upload it as a complete mini campaign. All of the missions are currently “done”, but I’m going back to and adding some radio messages to make things interesting.

Mission one story:
Tensions have been rising between the Blues and the Reds. In the last three months the Reds have been feinting attacks toward the Blue occupied territories.
The Blues have made it clear that any military movement south of the line between Rio Gallegos and El Calafate will be considered an unprovoked attack and vow that the response will be immediate and harsh.
This morning, reports have come in that the reds may have crossed the line in fighting vehicles and appear to have done so under cover of darkness last night.
You are tasked with investigating the eastern shore of Lago Del Toro. Where the APCs were last reported to have been seen. We have not heard from our field observer in some time and fear he may have been captured. Puerto Natales has only recently been undergoing conversion to a military base and our weapon selection is limited.
Your task is to investigate the area. You are free to engage any red assets near the lake. This is your primary mission. Secondarily, you have been asked to keep your eyes out for the truck that the observer was driving. His last known location was at a roadhouse just north of the lake around waypoint 3.

There’s not much of a threat other than the APCs defensive guns but be aware of an SA-10 to the east. You will likely remain beyond its effective range, and you'll have plenty of terrain to work with if the need should arise. Another Air Defense site to the north should not be a factor.
You must destroy at least one APC to achieve mission success.
