A simple utility to re-configure the helmet mounted sensor/visor equipment of specific aircraft modules from Day (HMS) to Night (NVG) operation and vice versa.
The re-configuration can be performed just using the TOGGLE_NVG utility, without the need of the DCS mission editor. Just use drag'n'drop a DCS mission (.miz) file onto the TOGGLE_NVG utility's main form.

The TOGGLE_NVG utility supports easy re-configuration of helmet-mounted sensor/visor equipment for specific aircrafts from Day (HMS) to Night (NVG) configuration and/or vice versa.
The currently re-configurable modules include
- Hornet, F/A-18C Lot 20
- Viper, F-16CM bl.50
- Harrier, AV-8B N/A
- Strike Eagle, F-15E S4+
- Mirage, M-2000C
- Hind, Mi-24P
- Apache, AH-64D BLK.II
- Skyhawk, A-4E-C (free mod)
The utility is a single Win32 executable, developed using Embarcadero's C++Builder Community Edition. It does not need to be installed, just copy the contents of the 7z archive to HD/SDD.
Important:
For the benefit of automated processing, the 7-Zip tool is required, either as standard installation (
https://www.7-zip.org/) or as portable version (
https://portableapps.com/de/apps/utilities/7-zip_portable), for automatic un- and re-zipping of the 'mission' file of a .miz archive.
