This is Version 2 of my RML configuration utility and now provides full automated processing by the help of the 7-Zip tool.
The goal is still to by-pass client access restrictions to missions with embedded non-ED modules.

The MIZ_RML_CONFIG (V2) utility is a single Win32 executable, which does not need to be installed. However, for the benefit of automated processing, the 7-Zip tool is required, either as standard installation (
https://www.7-zip.org/) or as portable version (
https://portableapps.com/de/apps/utilities/7-zip_portable), for automatic un-zipping and re-zipping of the 'mission' file of the .miz archive.
A detailed description / user's manual is included in the download.
The utility (developed using Embarcadero's C++Builder Community Edition) is sucessfully tested using DCS World 2.8 mission files.
