You will start in a FOB in the outside of the Aleppo city. And you will need to respond to MEDEVAC´s calls under heavy fire and a city partially controlled by the insurgents.

Fighting continues in the city.
You are part of a unit made up of various NATO nations providing support and medical evacuation for the "Long Lasting Freedom" operation.
You have been operating for several months from the FOB "Night Fire" located on the outskirts of the city. During all this time group of insurgents have been continuously attacking our soldiers. Due to the very nature of urban combat, it is impossible for us to destroy terrorist cells. Therefore, the fight takes place house by house, block by block. It is common for operations to encounter attacks inside and outside the city's zone of control.
Keep in mind that towards the west side of the city our presence is quite large. In the vicinity of the airport, on the other hand, terrorist groups move more freely and you must be aware of AA fire and MANPADs.
