This livery can be used with the VSN F-104G model which can be downloaded separately. Search the DCS/Mods forum for the VSN aircraft mods.
In order to work properly with DCS, this skin must be installed into your Users/Saved Games path, for example:
C:\Users\<your user name here>\Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\VSN_F-104G
Also, please ensure the "Shared" file has been installed into the same location above. This only has to be done once.
My skins will use textures from the Shared file. See included screenshot for install path.
