The swamp fox is a unit with the nickname of a famous officer during the American Revolutionary War in South Carolina, 157th Armed with an F-16C HTS (known as F-16CJ). The 157th was "Standing for South Carolina" and the South Carolina Air National Guard (SCANG), where the 157th swamp fox conducted a variety of expeditionary operations.
