This is my Saitek X52 HOTAS profile for DCS A-10, P-51 and FC3. All three profiles in one file. Happy hunting. ENJOY!
I focused mainly on the A-10C since that's the simulator I play and know most. The P-51 and FC3 got a little less love, so I'm sure those profiles could be tweaked a bit. Unfortunately I have no image of the profile, but I labeled all the buttons within the profile editor. You can change between them via the Mode switch (Mode 1 = A-10, Mode 2 = P-51, Mode 3 = FC3). The Shiftstates are activated with either the Pinky Switch or Clutch button so make sure you UNCHECK "Enable Clutch Mode" on the MFD screen of the X52 control panel. I make use of everything with the exception of the two rotaries.
