Historical tribute paint scheme circa 2013 for VMA-311 deployment to Camp Bastion, Afghanistan.

This mod adds American and Norwegian squadrons to your logbook, and allows pilot to fly for the United States Navy or the United States Marine Corps in addition to the default nations.  The USN and USMC "countries" have their own sets of insignia and share a set of medals.  Additionally, the proper USA medals will now include the "Combat V" as applicable.

After downloading the file archive unzip it and copy the folder "F-14 32 Years" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DCSWorld\CoreMods\aircraft\F14\Liveries\f-14b"  and enjoy.<br /><br />

Skin it's based on photos of AV-8B+ (serial number165568) used in VMA-211 "Wake Island Avengers" made for @nerdkid_23 ;) In practice it is a cosmetic modification of the already existing in DCS skin but I wouldn't say it was easy.

You must know it isn't 1-to-1 copy - you will get a variable tactical numbers (this is why the ones on the nose are moved to the front of the original), also serial numbers are variable... oh and there is no under cockpit pilot name tape. But rest is pure gold ;)

I hope you will like it and have fun while use it now... and when we will get the Marianas Islands Map ;)<
