The Serpents Head is a six mission F18C Campaign. It starts in Nevada and ends in the Caucasus region, so both maps are required. (I have issued a version just in the Caucasus Map area for those of you without the Nevada Map). The campaign is story line based and follows the progress of “Ford” (yourself) and his involvement in a new conflict in the Caucasus Region. As in 2008 this is once again in the beleaguered area of Ossetia and Gori. This conflict is gathering pace at an alarming rate such that the West have sent in a multinational force to the Black Sea in the form of some ground forces but primarily a naval fleet with the USS John C Stennis at its heart. We join “Ford” during his last flight over Nevada, before he leaves first light.
(THE FOLLOW UP "THE SERPENT'S HEAD 2 CAMPAIGN" IS NOW AVAILABLE FROM DCS. It continues "Fords" story and consists of 10 missions all fully voiced by actors. It  is VR friendly and there is also an option for easy A2A)

SP and MP. Operation Jasmine is a dynamic multiplayer mission for the Syria map that scales with the number and type of participant client aircraft. For that reason it can also be played in single player. Both sides are flyable. Mission goal is the complete elimination of enemy armored vehicles in the theater's three areas of operations.

United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) is a United Nations peacekeeping force that was established in 1964 to prevent a recurrence of fighting following intercommunal violence between the Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots, to contribute to the maintenance and restoration of law and order and to facilitate a return to normal conditions.

This skin is based on the livery of a Gazelle of the UNFICYP Flight AAC, a unit of the British Army Air Corp based in Cyprus from the 27th March 1964 to the 30th September 1994 (Gazelles used from 1988).
The skin is modified to accommodated for the weapons.

Fictional Georgian Air Force F-5E3 Tiger

Russian forces are pitted against a coalition of US and French forces for control of western Georgia. The current front line extends roughly west to east, going through the towns of Poti and Lanchuti. Both sides rely heavily both on helicopter forces and airpower. The air battle is largely fought by F-5E and Mirage 2000-C aircraft on the blue side and Mig-21bis and the red side. The blue side has the advantage of AV-8B and A-10C CAS fighter assets. AV-8Bs also provide some SEAD capability.

This is a dynamic mission that can be played in SP or MP.

My 5th mission for the Gazelle will bring you back to Caucasus. Operation: "Muzzlebrake" is embedded in a fictional Turkish-Georgian conflict  and requires you to perform a commando raid against a Turkish artillery position shelling Batumi airport. The mission is pretty straight forward and as long as you stick to the ROE and listen to your mission commander, you should be back home quickly. If not... well I warned you.

Mission contains about a dozen custom R/T voice files, briefing maps and various dynamic elements, to keep the mission entertaining when flying it a second or third time.

Basic NADIR knowledge is mandatory, as well as the knowledge how to start up the Gazelle from cold and dark - quickly!

Durante la misión "Rio Bravo", un A10 fue derribado, el piloto logro un aterrizaje de emergencia pero ha quedado atrapado en el avión.
