Based on the Dogfight Red/ Blue liveries of the BF-109K-4.

Fictional Recreation of Operation Overlord.

Features:
JU-88s doing torpedo attacks
B-17 and A20 Bombers carpet bombing (but limited to a maximum of 4 planes at a time due to FPS concerns).
Flak will really be a concern and not just the usual eye candy.  Fly straight and level and you will get hit.

This campaign is based on the history of the Jagdgeschwader 5 "Eismeer" (Arctic Sea), as narrated by German ace Walter Schuck in his book "Luftwaffe Eagle".
The unit operated for most of the WWII above the Arctic Circle facing the Red Army from East and the RAF bombers from West.
The 13 missions reflect actual operations described in the book, 2 are made only to test your flying skill.
The campaign was originally designed for the Bf109K-4 (https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3314088/); this is the conversion for the Fw190A-8 module.

To improve the realism I added 3 custom skins and few tech details that are not implemented in the default BF109 module.

Far from the real one, but quick to get you flying. (vs 1.3 - Primer Pump added).

I made prop textures mostly transparent, this removes reprojection bugs from the canopy frame when prop is spinning in every engine setting. This also looks more realistic, as in real life black propeller is not visible by the eye when spinning, and can only be registered by cameras.

This is the DCS Fw-190 A-8 Operation Tsunami Campaign.

The original was for the Bf-109K-4 and made by Rudi-Beutler@t-online.de
He was kind enough to let me, Sydy, to translate it to english and convert it to the Fw-190A-8.
Even on the early access stage, the campaign is doable.

It's July 27th 1944 9AM. The American bombers have become daily visitors over Hungary. At the airfield of Veszprém-Jutas the Pumas are sitting in the cockpits of their Me-109Gs in full readiness, waiting to scramble as soon as the alert comes. They are listening to the loudspeakers playing their favorite song that resonates with their lives so well:  "The world is just a day".

This is an epic single mission complete with voice overs, skins, briefing and kneeboard images. Lead a formation of 8 Bf-109s of the Royal Hungarian Air Force to intercept an overwhelming number of American bombers.

Die FW190 A8 Mission “Ende des Sturms” ist historisch an das Buch “Die Einsätze der Nachtschlachtgruppen an der Westfront” angelehnt.

Mission1: der Sturm hat sich gelegt, wir müssen trotz ungünstiger Wetterlage die eingekesselten Truppen in Cherbourg unterstützen.

Mission2: Das befohlene Ziel für das I./SKG 10 sind die Brücken westlich von Benouville die über die Orne und den Caen- Kanal führen.
