Operation Inherent Resolve

The 25th Combat Aviation is carrying out operations against ISIS in Syria.

On June 21, 2016, the liberation of the city of Tjaba, 40 miles from the Hatay NATO base in Turkey, was authorized.

The operation relies on the AH-64D and the UH-60A.

The Battle of An Najaf: 25-28 March 2003

The city of Najaf sits astride important highways leading north to Karbala and Baghdad. Rather than simply bypassing the town as had been done with Nasiriyah and Samawah, the 3rd ID decided to isolate the town to prevent it from being used to stage attacks on American supply lines. The plan was to seize the major bridges in Al Kifl, a town north of Najaf, and Abu Sukhayr, a town south of Najaf. The northern bridge at Al Kifl was codenamed Objective Jenkins and the southern bridge in Abu Sukhayr was codenamed Objective Floyd.

On 25 March, AH-64D Longbow Apache attack helicopters of the 11th Aviation Regiment were tasked with carrying out a long-range penetration mission against armored forces belonging to the An Najaf Division of the Iraqi Republican Guard that was stationed in Najaf. Instead of providing close air support near the front lines, helicopters would be used in a similar way to attack aircraft.

At 6:00 AM on 25 March, the 3rd Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment attacked Objective Floyd. At 10:43 AM the bridge was reached and was found to not be wired for detonation. After crossing the bridge, the 7th Cavalry sent Troops A and B north to secure a dam and bridge and set up blocking positions to further isolate Najaf.

A intervenção militar no Mali, denominada Operação Serval, foi uma operação militar realizada no norte do Mali, no início de 2013, pelas Forças Armadas Francesas, com apoio logístico das Forças Armadas dos Estados Unidos e de outros países europeus. A intervenção estrangeira ocorreu a pedido da junta militar que governa o Mali desde o golpe de 2012 e contou com o apoio de vários países africanos e ocidentais, tendo sido autorizada pelas Nações Unidas.

Apesar de tomar o aeroporto de Kerman, a cidade não é totalmente segura.

Um KC-130 da França está trazendo novas tropas terrestres e fortalecer nosso sistema.

Devemos escoltar este avião que sobrevoará o território inimigo e garantir a defesa da área ao redor do aeroporto antes do pouso.

A intervenção estrangeira ocorreu a pedido da junta militar que governa o Mali desde o golpe de 2012 e contou com o apoio de vários países africanos e ocidentais, tendo sido autorizada pelas Nações Unidas.

O objetivo declarado da intervenção é deter o avanço de tuaregues e rebeldes islâmicos do Azauade, supostamente ligados à Al Qaeda, os quais governam de facto o norte do país desde 2012, podendo eventualmente chegar à capital, Bandar Abbas. ( Cidades modificadas para o Persian Gulf)

Após as forças francesas terem dominado Jiroft, o avanço continuou para o norte de forma rápida, agora estamos próximos de libertar a cidade de Kerman.<br />

Nosso objetivo e destruir um quartel do Exército do Irã que está na cidade de Jenan, o nosso AWACS está na 251 Mhz.

Missão requer no mínimo um F-5E e um F-18.
