Squeaky's Training Day (STD) - Persian Gulf Sandbox

Hi, thanks for checking out my Squeaky's Training Day (STD) sandbox mission.

There are no threats in this mission. This is meant to serve as a casual and simple open training sandbox mission, to brush up your skills when returning to a module or to practice in between training missions and MP / Campaigns. Whilst also having a ton of statics and ambient units to make it all seem a little more immersive.

There are several waypoints / ranges to choose from, to practice Ground attack, anti-ship, Air to Air and SEAD / DEAD.
Cold and Hot start versions, Tankers and AWACS and simple airspace incursion scenario.

Check the mission briefing, or the description below to choose your waypoint and hop in one of the available spawns and off you go.

Activate via the radio menu.
Locate the aircraft
Fly close along side and it should divert.
(Destroying the Aircraft may have consequences...)

29/03/2024 - Added Ship and shore spawns for the T-45 Mod
29/03/2024 - Added a couple of FOB's and some cargo at the AFB for some heli logistics practice.

13/03/2024 - Added spawns for JF-17, Mi-24P, Mosquito, P-47D, BF 109, L-39, P-51D, F-86F, MiG-15, MiG-21, C-101, Spitfire. (Don't use these for the intercept scenario)
13/03/2024 - Made some changes to how the ambient units spawn. Groups of AI will now spawn at different time intervals instead of when a certain spawn is used.

12/01/2024 - Fixed the tankers and added both Basket and Boom versions. (Thanks to Reddit user u/surfacedragon)
12/01/2024 - Added support for Darker and Less Glossy Deck for the Supercarrier.


23/10/23
-> Added spawns for the 3 Mirage F1 and the AJS37 Viggen
-> Added HARM / Radar Practice to Minotaur. Radars can be activated via the Radio menu.
-> Swapped the drones out for something a little easier to pick up on radar.

27/08/23
-> Reduced the number of ships in the carrier group and given them more separation (2miles)
-> Added waypoint numbers to the map drawing / labels
-> Moved Tankers and marked on the map.
