Fixes popping noises in the Harrier Sidearm and RWR tones
The stock AV8BNA RWR and Sidearm tones have obnoxious popping sounds:

The problem is a simple one - the amplitudes at the start and end of the audio samples aren't lined up with each other.
This discontinuity makes a popping noise when looped.
I did some very minor editing in Audacity to line the sample ends up better,
and got pretty good results:

OVGME compatible, passes IC.
