Despite being few in number, Marine Attack Squadron 386 seems to be the glue that hold the Osean air doctrine together.
Being stood up originally in 1983 as a A-4M squadron, they would serve as the primary attack air wing aboard the OFS Kestrel throughout the Belkan War before being deactivated in 1997. In 2014 the squadron would be reactivated due to the 2nd Eursean Uprising and would transfer to the AV-BN/A as their primary aircraft specializing in Low-Light and nighttime operations.
During the Lighthouse War the Squadron would serve aboard OFS Vulture paving the way for V/STOL operations without a catapult or ski-jump as well as low-light strike operations. In 2020 VMA-386 would return to shore side duties and are currently prepping for their 2025 deployment.
