At the final gate, turn radar alt on, fly visual with terrain, you will receive "talk-on" instructions to help guide you to Nalchik.
Pre-flight, briefly look at the map and notice the shape of the forested area, and how your flight path intersects these.
If you stick to the plan, mainly being under 300', the forest stands out clearly from scattered trees, and the road you need to follow stands out as well.
The final approach is a very short leg not longer than a carrier final, the queue is a slight right curve in the road you are following, that will then point you in the "final" at which point the runway will appear out of the fog just in time!
