Fix Missing Normal map/diffuse for F-14A Early RIO seat

Currently, F-14A-135-GR (Early) has missing normal map on its RIO front panel.
This mod adds missing normal map, and corrected some texture. ( ex : Artifact under Warning Lights )
====Install====
1. Unzip the file
2. Place files into DCS/Mods/aircraft/
*If you already have custom cockpit in 'DCS/Mods/aircraft/F14/Liveries' you should edit description.lua on your own.
