Simple Mission for the AH-6J Mod by by Tobsen and Eightball.
The Egypt-Israel border experiences escalating tensions as insurgent groups repeatedly probe the barrier, potentially linked to terrorism. To address this, a US Army contingent is deployed as Military Observers.
Unfortunately, communication with the Egyptian border post near Nitzana has been lost, prompting the closure of the border. Meanwhile, an Egyptian force is en route to resolve the situation. As observers, our task is to monitor and document the evolving events while maintaining a diplomatic approach.
30 minutes ago, we lost all communication with the Egyptian border post and patrols around Nitzana (XV31 - marked on your map).
The Israeli army at the border has been unsuccessful in their communication attempts with their Egyptian counter-parts; they cannot see any activity on the Egyptian side either.
As a results the Israelis decided to close the border until the situation clears up.
The Egyptian army is sending a small force to try to sort things out. They should arrive at the border in 30 minutes.
We are sent to observe how the situation evolves.
Flight patrols along side the border have been targeted recently by small arms fires. Althought those incidents happened in more remote location and at night; we decided to arm your Littlebird to further dissuade any hostile actions.
Given your role of observer you should only use force as a measure of last resort. It should always be calibrated in a precise, proportional and appopropriate maner, with the principle of the minimum force necessary to achieve the desired effect, while sustaining the mission. The use of force during this mission would have political implications and could give rise to unforseen circumstances.
In other word, do not fire until being directly shot at.
Take off from El Gora and fly to the border post (133°, 30km) and wait for instructions.
