Replacement Lua for Grinelli F-22 aim-120c-8
Hello! Just to be clear, I am not taking any credit for this whatsoever. The F-22 mod and weapons alike are all developed by Grinelli designs and this is simply an addon for the sake of realism and functional use for those who care that much like myself. I am not attempting to one up Grinelli, this is just for fun and I thought it would be cool to implement a realistic aim-120c-8. This IS work in progress, I am attempting to make the aim-120d-3 which will have 97nmi of maximum effective range versus the 120c-8 that has 86nmi of maximum effective range. Anything further will significantly decrease PK and the missile seeker/battery will most likely die. Have fun with this, and I hope to continue making missile addons to simply make DCS feel a little more real. Thank you so much for all those that download and have fun with this mod, and keep in mind that if you believe my mod isn't realistic, constructive criticism is encouraged and credible evidence to support it would be appreciated and I will work on it as soon as I can. Instructions are inside the zip file and it's really simple there is only 2 files in there at the moment.

I just updated the performance of the missile to better match the mach 4.8 metric. Because as it turns out, mach max at altitude is calculated based on the local speed of sound I adjusted for that now and at around mach 1.5 at 36000ft the missile will peak at mach 4.8 Any higher and you will exceed into the mach 5 territory but I mean your odds of being anywhere above mach 1.5 in any jet but the F-22 seems a little slim in the midst of combat. And the F-22 is notorious for making the aim-120d have the longest range shootdown in it's service history. That being said, the range is extended up to 97nmi IF you happen to be at EXTREME launch parameters (such as 45K feet mach 2.25 co-alt non maneuvering target), but otherwise your odds of hitting that are pretty shallow and 86nmi is far more consistent. The next time I update this, maybe I'll try to increase drag at above mach 5 to limit the missile's ability to reach it when being fired at mach 2.25 and 50000ft but at the same time if you're firing a missile that high and that fast, I don't really know how you'd cap that.

I just added the AIM-120C-7 into the fray. I tried working on the AIM-120D-3 but that missile is so unbelievably classified I just don't think I can get it accurate enough for my tastes. So I shifted focus to the C-7 amraam and voila! Now we have a functioning C-7 in the game. So enjoy, I won't be listing the ranges like I did the C-8 since depending on speed and altitude it can vary a lot. At EXTREME altitudes and speeds you can get it out to 80nmi but hey with the C-5 you can push it to 75nmi so I'm not really sure how to classify the max range really. Generally it should be around 65nmi. It is a slightly better C-5 in every metric.
CHANGES

- Aim-120 reached ridiculous speeds up to mach 6 FIXED >mach 4.7
