Colour Grade Profile [reshade] v.4.0

After living with my new Alienware OLED AW3423DWF monitor for 6 months I have refined my Colour Grade Profile v.3.0 as this monitor is infinitely better than my old Asus VG27A.  Bleaching in clouds has been negated as has most of the darkening which should help maintain your current gamma settings.  This preset really helps de-Nintedoize the Cold War Germany map.  I hope this improves your enjoyment of an otherwise amazing map.

Colour Grade 4.0 Installation Instructions for Digital Combat Simulator
Follow these steps for a straightforward installation and setup:
Step 1: Prepare the Mod
Unzip the file you downloaded.
Locate the Colour Grade 4.0 .ini file inside the unzipped folder.
Step 2: Place the File
Navigate to your DCS installation directory.
Go to the appropriate folder:
For Multi-Thread (MT): Place the .ini file directly into the bin-mt folder (e.g., C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin-mt).
For Single Thread (ST): Place the .ini file into the bin folder instead.
Important:
Ensure the .ini file is not inside a subfolder; it must be in the root of the bin-mt or bin directory to be detected.
Step 3: Install Reshade
Download Reshade from URL: reshade.me site
During installation:
Select your DCS executable (DCS.exe) in the bin-mt or bin folder.
Choose DirectX 11/12 as the rendering API.
Complete the installation.Step 4: Activate Colour Grade 4.0 in DCS
Launch DCS.
Press the Home key to open the Reshade interface.
In the preset list, select the Colour Grade 4.0 .ini file you installed.
Optional Adjustments
Brightness/Darkness: Adjust the gamma in DCS settings. Recommended: 2.2.
Customization: You can create a new Reshade preset based on this mod for additional tweaks.
Performance Impact
This preset has zero performance impact while running DCS.
