GBU-12 to GBU-49 texture mod (might break IC)

Makes the GBU-12 look like a GBU-49 (which is a based bomb)

so this mod/texture is supposed to make the gbu12 look like a GBU-49 LJDAM (might work on a mod in the future that makes an actual gbu49 for the f16)
