Attack enemy APCs with ATGMs in western part of a city. They are protected by short range SAMs. Be carefoul, dont get too close, use flares. Good Luck.

TLDR: (No crazy maneuvers during aiming and shooting)
Turn to target.
Ask Petrovitch to turn on the periscope.
Ask him to aim.
Fire missile.
When about to turn away from the target, ask Petrovitch to turn off the periscope.
Turn.
