This folder and sub-folders are meant to replace your existing "Skins" folder and sub folders which include the main menu screen for the A-10C II.
After extracting, copy/replace this "Skins" folder with the existing "Skins" folder located at:
Local Drive\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\A-10C_2.
