Kill the Bloom shader glow mod

Remove the !excessive! bloom / glow, both in external views and in cockpit.

Works well with the following mods:
clear canopy
clear HUD

place the file in
\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Bazar\shaders\deferred
and rename to
bloom.fx
