Mirage F1 Alkan Corail chaff/flare pod added captive sidewinder and ACMI pod

Update to DCS 2.9.18.12899, matching update number to DCS version to make it easier to follow. Updated backup for the entry.lua. Updated payloads to match to the original file.
Added BAP100/BAT120 to the F1CT but only on pylon 4 as IRL.

OVGME friendly.  Root folder installation.
