Some years ago I made these SVG templates, that I have used to generate kneeboard pages for the HOTAS setup for my various modules. These SVG files have been made with InkScape, and they are multi-layered, so the various layers can be locked/unlocked and made visible/invisible. There is templates for Thrustmaster Warthog -Throttle, -Joystick and MFDs.
