LT-6D (Texan) "Mosquito" FAC
During the Korean War, the T-6 Texan was utilized as a Forward Air Control aircraft to help spot and mark targets for the Fighter-Bombers. This was an advancement of the CAS concept to better assist the fighting man on the ground.
