This is really just initial attempt, should get refined in time - not perfect at all.
It took time to understand how configure "shift" and make sure things are working smoothly. Software for configuring is Virpil VPC Configuration Tool. Config screenshot is attached.
* In Aeromax mapping * is for btn2 of Throttle - the Modifier. Aeromax has no modifier itself, but has Shift, which shifts buttons from say 15 to 27.
Throttle settings are mostly from some other person who uploaded 16000m throttle+joystick here before
