Adds a submenu with three buttons to the Jester menu wheel to configure internal lighting.
Sets lighting, HUD/RWR/DSCG brightness and cockpit lighting to one of three selected presets.

Specific files for each of the two scripts in comments at the top of the files, but extracting the zip into /jester/mods/ should work fine
