The purpose of the script is to improve the CPU usage due to multi-threading and stabilize FPS.
Due to the Multithread (MT) release, the CPU core loads are not utilized by the default Windows setting. The script is to attempt to monitor the DCS execution (dcs.exe), and adjust for the following aspects:
1. the CPU power management with the max performance setting (or, if there is another program is trying to alter the lower CPU performance in the background).
2. The affinity between CPU cores and dcs.exe, especially Intel 12th+ gen P cores.
3. Adjusting dcs.exe runtime priority for the Windows OS to schedule more CPU execution time possible.
Requirement:
1. all cores must be unparked.
Instruction:
1. unzip the zip under "c:\Program Files"
2. read through note.txt for the required steps.
