This update makes my two skin packs for the S-3B Viking and the Tanker version work again with the updated high fidelity 3D model. :)
With the update to version 2.9.11.4686 in December 2024, ED included high fidelity 3D models for several AI aircraft, the S-3 among them. Great news on one hand - but since my skin packs stopped working again, I had to redo the description.lua.
To use the skins, you must have the recent version of my two skin packs (low vis / high vis installed:

To make them usable in the newest DCS version, download the lua fix you are lookin at and unzip it. You'll see two folders for the s-3b and the s-3b tanker. Put those folders into your saved games/dcs/liveries folder, where you hopefully have put the skins for the Viking. It should say "overwrite" now, then choose yes to use the updated lua files.
