This replaces the original F/A-18C Radar altimiter "Woop woop" sound with a similiar lower pitched sound.
Some headsets like Quest 3 have somewhat distorted audio quality with high pitched sounds that the original sound hurts my ears, this makes it much more tolerable.
Extract to saved games/dcs.openbeta/mods/tech/
You can choose your own sound file if you wish, just replace the included .wav file with your own.
