Unfades the text and makes it much more easy to read. Probably helps VR a bunch. Very Simple. Only pilot cockpit for now!
Very simple recolouration of the text to be whiter and easier to read, isn't perfect but its good enough for now.
you can add this to any skin by taking the textures and the stuff from description.lua - it also works straight out of the box but gives you whatever the default skin for the F-4 is.
Only pilot cockpit for now- Will do the wso cockpit when i spend some time in the backseat.
simple install instructions:
put the f-4e-45mc folder from the download here:
Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries
Saved Games\DCS\Liveries
then choose the "ScarClearWhiteText" Livery ingame
to add this to any other livery you simply take the textures from this livery and place them into the other liveries folder- and then open description.lua as a text file and copy the text from this one into the livery you want the clear text in.
