I've created a fictive approach chart for a TACAN approach to runway 13 in Vaziani. This is not for real life operational use! (Obviously). I've invented it based on similar approaches elsewhere.
The mission is for training. You can activate the helper gater with the F10 radio menu. The helper gates don't change height with temperature, and the tower doesn't switch on the lights unless you talk to him.
