To install, copy to:
Program Files/Eagle/Dynamics/DCS World Open Beta (or DCS World)/MissionEditor/themes/main/images/pilots
My first attempt at a mod, but decided to share what I did in case anyone was interested.
File names were to put in order with the pictures I have in my folder. It shouldn't be an issue if they aren't in numerical order with your pilot but renaming them shouldn't be an issue either.
