On Oct. 27, 2015, a Danish F-16 experienced a landing gear problem over the North Sea off the coast of Rømø.
The pilot successfully ejected from the jet and was later rescued by helicopter.

UPDATED - every stencil/marking all the way down to the stickers inside the landing gear hatch are now 100% accurate :)

F-16A E-176 - Delivered to RDAF (Royal Danish Air Force) april 23th 1980 and later MLU updated around millenium.
